My Core Values

A Rising Tide Lifts All Boats

I believe growth and success should elevate others. Through mentoring and creating space for learning, I adapt my approach to individual needs, fostering an environment where everyone can thrive.

Data Visualisation

Visualizing data with clarity, legibility, and accessibility is my priority. With ADHD, I’m tuned to creating designs that reduce cognitive load, making information clearer, more concise, and easier to engage with.

Creative Problem Solver

Curious by nature, I’m always asking, “How does this work, and how can it improve?” I tackle challenges with deep understanding and creative solutions, believing innovation starts with the right questions.

Unapologetic Geek

A lifelong sci-fi fan with a dissertation on the genre’s evolution, I embrace the Star Trek ethos, “To boldly go...” Channeling that sense of discovery into innovative design and brand storytelling.

Nurturing Talent & Development

Mentoring is central to my values, and I believe it’s one of the most impactful ways to foster growth and create positive change, both in and outside of work. I find it incredibly rewarding to help others grow, and I continue to mentor former colleagues, offering career guidance and serving as their first point of contact for advice.

This commitment to mentoring also led me to teach After Effects rigging and animation at the Draper Film & Music Academy, a charity empowering young people through filmmaking, over the course of two summers.

Here, I’m coaching one of my current mentees through an intense game of Ditto Draft Ditto Draft Image

Case Study: 01
The Expanse

Overview As part of Telltale Games' launch for The Expanse, I led the creative execution across multiple touchpoints, including the production of over 130 platform-specific assets tailored for
Playstation Store Logo PlayStation,
Epic Store Logo Epic Games Store,
Steam Store Logo Steam &
Xbox Store Logo Xbox.

This comprehensive campaign also included designing striking key art in collaboration with the artist, crafting engaging email campaigns, supporting a live pre-launch event in LA for press and influencers, developing paid media ads and merchandise, and working with the video team to produce a series of content that built excitement and sustained engagement.

Meeting Technical and
Creative Standards

Ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms was a top priority, especially for the storefront assets. The 130+ assets required strict adherence to unique technical specifications, safe zones, and guidelines, as failure to meet these could result in store rejection and jeopardize the launch timeline.

Balancing these technical demands with creative execution was essential to deliver assets that complied with platform requirements while maintaining a cohesive, compelling presence true to the brand.

Staying Agile Under Pressure:
Fixing the ‘ThisIsFine’ Moment

Nothing shows how agile you can be and how valuable your initial briefing and matrix setup was than finding out the client assets are broken and they sent over the wrong the logo from the IP owner ThisIsFine ... meaning over 418 storefront and paid media assets are void.... 3 days from deadline.

Timely, Collaborative, Impactful Results:
Commitment to Excellence

" Mysh transformed an overworked and underutilized design team, reinventing their workflows with Miro at the core.  From briefing comms to design philosophy, iteration, and delivery of global campaigns, she streamlined processes, eliminated inefficiencies, and ensured clear, actionable feedback.

Tailoring a Miro-first strategy to each designer's strengths, she unlocked their potential and fostered a collaborative, efficient, and high-performing team.
To say her impact was transformative is an understatement.
"

Flawless Execution
Thanks to this highly visual and agile approach, all 418 assets were re-exported, QC’d, and redelivered ahead of the deadline in under a day, stress-free and with zero team overtime.

Case Study: 02
Internal Intranet

Overview Our studio faced challenges as teams and line managers struggled to find information, leading to miscommunication and delays.

Outdated processes and scattered platforms added frustration and inefficiencies. The goal was to create a centralized intranet; to streamline operations, remove redundant tools, and provide easy access to resources - all at no extra cost.

Driving Change

" For years, our studio relied on outdated processes and scattered platforms, creating inefficiencies. Over six months, Mysh streamlined everything into a central intranet, collaborating with IT, HR, and teams across the business to meet their needs.

She built a learning hub, onboarding space, and policy center - delivering immense impact during cost-cutting, with no added expenses. Her work eliminated redundant tools and improved access to essential resources, fostering a more connected and efficient culture. "

- Helen Judd, Internal Communications and Engagement Manager

" Our culture has always been about teams working together, and Mysh is a great example of that. Her work on the intranet brought teams together across the studio, ensuring that every employee could access the information they need, when they need it. She pushed the studio forward with this project, and with many of the projects she undertook. Mysh will be an asset to any team she joins in the future. "

Case Study: 03
Pokémon TCG

Overview Leading Pokémon TCG’s global releases, I crafted bespoke 360 campaigns that seamlessly integrated across TV ads, social, web, and paid media. Maintaining consistency across all elements, both within each campaign and with Pokémon’s broader brand goals, was key to driving the process from pitch to final delivery.

I developed the strategy for each project, identifying opportunities to innovate and solve challenges across all our work with Pokémon, including campaigns for Pokémon GO, and Pokémon as a lifestyle brand. This role required meticulous attention to Pokémon’s strict IP guidelines while delivering campaigns that resonated deeply with the target audience. I also contributed to larger brand initiatives, serving as a brand ambassador throughout.

Listening First:
Connecting with the Brand and Its Players
Before stepping into my role, I took the time to observe the existing pitching process and client relationship.
A recurring issue quickly became clear: pitches often failed to connect with the brand or its audience, frequently resulting in first-round pitches being rejected, inefficiencies, and frustration across teams.

The root cause was clear to me: no one at the agency had played the game or understood its mechanics, while the client-side team, passionate players themselves, could clearly see the lack of authenticity and depth in the previous approach.

To bridge this gap, I decided to get hands-on, learning to play the Pokémon TCG by attending weekly tournaments at Geek Retreat to engage directly with players and fans.

Campaigns That Deliver, Every Time.
Every campaign element was carefully designed with Pokémon's core values and audience in mind. With a focus on quality, I delivered campaigns that successfully connected with players and pushed the brand and its strategy forward with each new body of work.

From the time I took over the pitching and strategy up to my departure from the company, this approach led to a 100% pitch success rate.Shocked Pikachu Image

Beyond Work
Where Creativity Meets Play

Embracing Adventure
Outside of work, I love exploring creative outlets that push me outside my comfort zone, from cosplaying to being a certified Les Mills instructor. Last year, I took on the challenge of learning to longboard just two weeks before the Bath to Bristol skate!

I believe life is for living - embracing new experiences and immersing myself in different communities helps me stay open-minded, bringing fresh perspectives to both my personal and professional life.
